The 6.0L Power Stroke's factory VGT is a maintenance headache waiting to happen — the unison ring and vanes gum up with soot, the actuator sticks, and a reman just resets the clock. This kit walks away from variable geometry entirely, converting the 6.0 to a fixed-vane S300 with nothing to stick and nothing to fail.

It's a real install kit, not just a charger: heavy-duty T304 stainless up-pipes with a high-flow T4 flange, a -6 oil feed line with fittings, a billet 6061 aluminum pedestal with a built-in oil drain, all the installation hardware, and your choice of hand-built Smeding S300. One install note: if you run a regulated-return fuel system, it must use a hard line on the back of the head.

Tuning is required. Choose your exhaust housing, wheel, and bearing — cast wheels for a reliable stock-fuel setup, billet SXE wheels as your fueling grows. Not sure where you land? Call us before you order.
